You have the option to return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery, and there are no charges associated with this service. We do not require any questions to be asked; your satisfaction is our priority.
Defective or Incorrect Product
Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to inspect it thoroughly. If you believe you have received a defective item, kindly reach out to our customer service team at service@buildgifting.com within 3 business days from the date of receiving your order. We are committed to promptly resolving any issues for you.
In the event that you have received incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team at service@buildgifting.com as soon as possible. We will promptly address the situation and ensure that any discrepancies are rectified to your satisfaction.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept all returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to authorization by our customer service team. Please be aware that to qualify for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition.

Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to cancel it because our handcrafting process commences immediately. If you require a refund and your order has not yet entered production, we can offer you a partial refund.

All shipping costs, including those associated with returns or exchanges, as well as any import/customs fees for international shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that additional charges from the post office are beyond our control, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We regret that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders that have been purchased using discount codes.

We recommend that you contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping costs. We suggest utilizing the most economical registered airmail method for returns.

In cases of packages being lost or stolen after shipment, kindly contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They will guide you through the necessary steps for filing a claim. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any issues with the package after it has been shipped, as this is beyond our control. We are unable to offer compensation for lost or stolen packages.
Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may lead to the need for order cancellations, and we have a structured policy in place:

Full Refund: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving order confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours after order confirmation will result in a deduction of 20% of the transaction amount.

Partial Refund (No Delivery): If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours, you may cancel it, but there will be a deduction of 50% of the transaction amount.

Shipped Orders: Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, the standard return policy applies.
